 DCI offers various levels of Installations and Implementation Services on all of the systems and solutions we support, including Avaya, Polycom, Plantronics, Jabra, Xima, and Cisco. DCI's resources can manage the installation from start to finish.


DCI offers Onsite or Remote Training with our certified technical resources. End-user training on communication products and solutions start at the time of installation and ongoing after implementation.


DCI's services include consulting and/or assisting your technical department with Adds, Moves and Changes. For example, this may include a department or a whole building relocation. DCI's Project Management team assists all types of companies in managing a single project or multiple locations. DCI can provide the equipment or customer can use previously owned equipment.


Lastly, DCI offers cabling services from DMARC extensions, to line inventories, to whole building projects. We are insured and can work flexible hours so as not to disturb your workers.
